Gail Zoppo, Media Relations Consultant,
brings to The INS Group more than 25 years in the communications profession and is a passionate advocate for collaborative community impact. Her most recent major assignments included serving as media relations consultant at the New Brunswick, NJ-based nonprofit American Conference on Diversity as well as media relations manager at the International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals, a 450-member for-profit association, where she helped increase the organization’s visibility and branding. Gail is a seasoned wordsmith, has collaborated with C-suite executives and cross-departmental teams to create multi-platform content, and is well-versed in the entire communications process, from inception to editing to distribution.
Prior to her current role, Gail was managing editor at DiversityInc, where she was responsible for creating culturally competent content for a bi-monthly magazine, daily newsletter, and web site. In addition to managing other business publications, she served for two years as editor of Executive Female, the bi-monthly magazine published by the National Association of Female Executives. Gail cut her communications teeth at Working Woman magazine as an intern.
